Nona was 2 weeks old when her mother was shot. The bullets that killed her also went through Nona’s arm. She was taken back to hunting camp where she was found almost dead. She was taken to CWAF where the team gave 24 hour care and attention. She is now happy, healthy and living in the forest with her best friend, fellow gorilla Yeba.
